FAKE NEWS TRACKS IN NEWS DIFFUSION AND ITS UNFOLDING IN HUMAN RIGHTS

Resumo


The circulation of fake news in the social environment is not unprecedented nowadays. However, with the media technological advance, especially digital social networks, the emergence of this news is developing much more frequently and unbridled, generating many disorders. This article aims to show how fake news can disturb the consolidation of human rights. To this end, we present some cases of theses fake information that was refuted by specialized sites such as the "Fato ou fake" and the "Boato.org". Both aiming the clarification of doubtful informations circulating on the Internet. specially digital social networks, analyze and present arguments to classify the informations as false or true. In the end, we see the negative impact that fake news can cause on the applicability of human rights in some sectors of society.
